• Confirming ownership of the WhatsApp number by sending a verification code to your registered phone number

Our data deletion process operates on the following timeline:

• Upon verification of your identity, we will begin the deletion process

• Most deletion requests are processed within 7–14 days

• Complex requests or those requiring additional investigation may take longer

• You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted
